They were great to work with from the start - they responded quickly to my reservation request, answered all of our questions promptly and honored the price we agreed to online. They were upfront about the cost of the required third party liability insurance and didn't require us to pirchase collision/damage insurance because that was provided by our credit card company. The pickup and drop off were fast and easy. The car was not new but in good condition.
