Overall, the cheese tastes fantastic (the normal and mature varieties are the best, while the chili is decent, and the smoked is not great). The cream cheese is good too. I love cheese, but usually avoid it due to fat and calories, and this option has allowed me to incorporate cheese back into my daily meals. My only concern (aside from the smoked cheese) is the packaging. There aren't enough ice packs, and the cheese sometimes arrives at room temperature.
