I've placed several orders and truly enjoy their products. They continuously introduce new items, all of which are fantastic. I can't get enough of the new chili cheese. While the prices may be a bit higher than typical supermarket options, the low fat and high protein ratio make it worth it for anyone aiming for a healthier diet while enjoying cheese. If I face any issues (like delivery or short-dated items), the support team is exceptional and resolves matters quickly.
The delivery arrived warm, and considering it was a large order, the expiration dates were very close, only at the beginning of February 2026. This came after waiting nearly two months for my initial order! This latest one took almost another two weeks. Quite frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, the cheese tastes fantastic (the normal and mature varieties are the best, while the chili is decent, and the smoked is not great). The cream cheese is good too. I love cheese, but usually avoid it due to fat and calories, and this option has allowed me to incorporate cheese back into my daily meals. My only concern (aside from the smoked cheese) is the packaging. There aren't enough ice packs, and the cheese sometimes arrives at room temperature.
