The main reason for this very low review is ROYO’s customer service. I have found some of their products to be pretty good, although calling those rolls “bagels” is a real stretch. Surely being located in NY they know this- or anywhere in the U.S. for that matter.Recently, I decided to try the chocolate and cinnamon rolls and to lower my cost by subscribing to my usual products and the new rolls as well if they were good.ROYO claims you can unsubscribe any time, so I did since my expectations were not met.I unsubscribed by email and tried to go on my account as well. They did not send me the code to sign in and did not answer repeated emails either. Days later I got a notice from SHOP that ROYO was getting ready to send my next order. All my attempts to communicate with emails have been in vain, and of course, no phone #. I have started a dispute to prevent them from charging my card. If this continues, they’ll be dealing with my lawyer.
