The cake is fantastic; it's the second one I've purchased. However, the delivery experience was disappointing due to the courier. The service needs to reconsider their delivery partner! It’s no surprise they had so many parcels to handle at once. The courier didn't even knock on the door and simply tossed the package into the shed. Thankfully, I was there to catch it and set it upright, but the cake did shift during delivery. Overall, a very unsatisfactory delivery experience! 😡😡 Still, the cake remains the best I've ever enjoyed! 😋

The birthday message was meant to be on the photo, but it ended up on the side, leaving only half the icing printed. The icing itself was more like a rice wafer with a very unpleasant taste, making it inedible. There was no communication from the service, showing a lack of concern for customers. Overall, a terrible experience!
