I wish I had checked reviews before placing my order! I've made numerous purchases from various suppliers this year, but this is the only one where I've faced an import duty fee. They rely on a notoriously bad carrier, and now my $42 package is being held for a $23 import duty—55%! Plus, a $28 shipping fee... That's $50 in fees for a $40 item! I might as well source my nicotine from New Zealand or the UK. I will definitely not return! There are better ways to manage shipping and tariff issues, and it's frustrating that only this carrier is offered. I'm fine waiting a few weeks to save money. Recently, I received a $513 order from another supplier in under two weeks, and the fees were much lower, included in the price, not an additional ransom. I recommend exploring other options; it could save a lot of frustrated customers. This product better be worth it!

I placed an order in mid-September, but it was mistakenly delivered to an incorrect address, causing it to be returned. I've reached out multiple times via email and chat with no response, and the provided phone number is disconnected. The shipping costs are excessively high, the customer service is lacking, and I am now out $200.
I'm not incentivized for this review, but I must say that this service has been a lifesaver! I was recommended by a friend, and this has been my best decision in the past couple of years. The nicotine has a slightly orange/yellow tint. I ordered 100% PG 72mg, and it formed little ice chunks in the freezer, which I haven't experienced with other brands. The nicotine has a pleasant sweetness, even in PG, slightly masking the added flavor but remaining enjoyable overall. Delivery to my location was quick—just 4 business days. Thank you very much!
I purchased nicotine salts for a friend in Europe, but she received concentrated flavor instead. I attempted to use the live chat and sent an email, but I've received no response. I will escalate this issue with my payment provider and leave feedback wherever possible.
This was my first order with this service. I ordered nicotine and sweetener and paid on their website on November 11, 2024. As of today, the 27th, my order still hasn't arrived. I've sent several emails for assistance, but while they reply quickly, there's no action taken. I'm extremely disappointed.

Generally, it's acceptable, but one representative was quite unprofessional, telling me they 'don't need customers like me' when I inquired about delivery delays. It was just a polite question! The product arrived without issues, but the inconsistency in professionalism is concerning.
