I bought the HYALURON ACTIV B3 evening cream in Denmark for DKK 318.50 (€42), and it caused a severe allergic reaction on my face. My skin started itching and burning immediately, and I had to wash it off.
I went back to the pharmacy, and they told me to file a complaint online. I did, received a confirmation, and provided my email — but no one ever contacted me. For a brand as well‑known as Avene, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. If a product causes harm, the company should take it seriously.
I will not be buying Avene products again.
