This service is a scam and provides very poor customer service. The same day I was charged, I immediately requested a refund because I was not informed about a plan change and was not given the opportunity to approve it before the charge was processed. However, since the payment had already been taken, they refused to issue a refund. I was forced to keep the service for a full year without using it again.The application is extremely unstable and does not work as promised. It disconnects very frequently, and you never really know if it is functioning properly or not. The integration is not fully functional, especially considering the price they charge.I paid $286 for one year, which is very expensive for the basic level of service they provide. Honestly, I am very disappointed with this product and I do not recommend it at all. Please do not hire this company. It is a very basic product for the high price they are charging.
