This service is a scam and provides very poor customer service. The same day I was charged, I immediately requested a refund because I was not informed about a plan change and was not given the opportunity to approve it before the charge was processed. However, since the payment had already been taken, they refused to issue a refund. I was forced to keep the service for a full year without using it again.
The application is extremely unstable and does not work as promised. It disconnects very frequently, and you never really know if it is functioning properly or not. The integration is not fully functional, especially considering the price they charge.
I paid $286 for one year, which is very expensive for the basic level of service they provide. Honestly, I am very disappointed with this product and I do not recommend it at all. Please do not hire this company. It is a very basic product for the high price they are charging.

The extension works really bad. Choppy software with a lot of tools, but they where not practical. There is no problem with that. The real problem is that they refuse to cancel my subscription. You cannot cancel yourself, they force you to ask for it via whatsapp, and they just respond offering discounts, and asking about your experience without cancelling it. They totally ignore the cancelation requests although I have told them many times that I do not want any discount, I just want to cancel.
Fraud company, everyday there are issues with the extension. Your whatsapp message disappears when you schedule and then you always get disconnected even if you scan the QR code 1 thousand times. They purposely did not have the cancel subscription function so that they can cheap more consumers out there!
FRAUD! They won't accept any cancellation requests and there is no option to cancel anything anywhere. They don't answer cancellation requests via email, phone or Whatsapp. They use Stripe as a payment provider and even Stripe doesn't help at all. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one just because of these fraudsters. Stay away! Their software isn't even good.
Attention - they don't let you cancel! There is no button or functionality to end the subscription. You have to contact their "customer support" through a Whatsapp. Here they answer only with days of delay to every singe message and won't cancel the subscription.
