No problem in ordering our washing machine. However their delivery company ArrowXL failed to deliver it to my home address on two occasions, hence I cancelled my order and received a refund. Sent an email to Ebac on 22 September 2024 outlining my experience and they didn't even have the courtesy to reply, disgusting really. Disappointed with Ebac as I have dealt with them before.
