What a buy. Not just fantastic customer service from Ebac, but their product is just brilliant. Bought Ebac because I believe as a UK company (manufacturing in the UK as well) they understand the damp climate better. The humidifier made such a difference, we turned the heating down by 3°. Which means, we need to keep the pipes luke warm only. Wholly recommended.

In january i could see issues with the dehumidifier frosting at the back of the machine baring in mind this machime was kept on the hallway landing.
I phoned the company to which they booked a collection to test the machinr for faults.
That was fine until i recieved the machine back.
They gave me no update on if they had found any faults ect, instead they just sent it back to which looked as if it was just dumped in the box with no care, the instructions were bent from where they had put it into the front pannel and then closed it on them.
The product felt like it had condensation and looking at the back the metal was all warped/bent.
Soo i contacted Ebac and said they have damaged the product as i did not send it to them to be repaired in this state.
They emailed me back saying the metal had been tested with crocodile clips and thats why the metal is warped/bent but it wont change its functionality.

I did put my views across and then opened up a dispute.
They made me pay for postage to send the item they damaged back which cost me £25 at over 13kg.
Ebac refused to accept fault but just chose to take the machine back to shut me up and issued a refund.

Excellent product with outstanding support and helpful tutorials.

Fantastic product. The support team is exceptional, and the instructional videos are very informative. The only challenge I've faced is connecting to Bluetooth through the app. I believe it's possible, but I'm not particularly tech-savvy.

Outstanding service and delivery experience

Outstanding service, with the item arriving on schedule the very next day in perfect condition, thanks to a really helpful delivery driver. The dehumidifier is of excellent quality, operates effectively, and is easily managed through the Smart Life app. It removes 3.5 liters of water daily from my flat and operates quietly even at the highest fan setting. I purchased the optional castor set, making it very easy to move. I am a truly satisfied customer and very pleased with my decision to purchase from this company.

A dependable option for dehumidifiers, though on the pricier side

This company is a dependable choice for dehumidifier products. While they are more expensive than similar imports, they produce locally, ensuring availability for future parts. Their dehumidifiers work well and come with various features. However, I reached out to customer support because the courier mistakenly delivered my first unit elsewhere. The phone support team was quick and helpful, but the email support seems to be ineffective.

I want to express my gratitude to the representative for their guidance when I called regarding a potential issue with my dehumidifier. They took the time to listen and clarified that the machine was functioning correctly. I initially thought the smart setting had malfunctioned, but following their advice resolved my concerns. This was simply a case of user error! Additionally, I want to thank another representative for being exceptionally pleasant during my call. They provided the best customer service I've encountered.

Gifted to solve moisture issues
