Unclear instructions, my first badge became stuck. I followed the QR code, and it took me to instructions for the incorrect machine. I called the customer service line, was met with a rude advisor, who blamed me. While using the advice she gave, I sliced my finger on the metal, which went to the bone. When I told her this, I was told it was my error that caused this, and I would have to pay to have the machine fixed. Absolutely disgusting.
