After extensive research of badge makers (reviews, youtube videos etc) ebadges looked to be the best.... and it turns out we were correct. It's well engineered and all but one (possibly user error) of the badges made so far (approx 25) badges made are perfect. It feels very sturdy and built to last. The circle cutter is also excellent.... I guess it's still early days, but we're very pleased.

It's rare and refreshing to find a company so responsive, helpful and HUMAN. I had made an error with one of my badge machine dies and after searching in vain for some troubleshooting online, I turned to e-badges for help. I got a swift response with just the advice I needed and saved myself a lot of money having it repaired/ replaced. The quality of the parts and the customer service makes this the only company I'll ever use for badge making. Superb.
Unclear instructions, my first badge became stuck. I followed the QR code, and it took me to instructions for the incorrect machine. I called the customer service line, was met with a rude advisor, who blamed me. While using the advice she gave, I sliced my finger on the metal, which went to the bone. When I told her this, I was told it was my error that caused this, and I would have to pay to have the machine fixed. Absolutely disgusting.
Ordered the startup kit which was delivered quickly. After a slow start, have made 75 giveaway badges for our event this weekend. So easy and quick once I got the hang of it. Have thought about buying a badge maker for a long time and now am wondering why I hesitated so long. A perfect way to pass a cold wet summer afternoon. Now going to order a larger size so I can make badges to sell in our shop
I bought a multi badge maker 14 plus years ago for my Brownie unit. We have used it so many times and lent it to several other units.
