I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an item but received the wrong one. After returning it, I was informed I'd only get back $1100 instead of the full $1298 without any explanation. After the item was returned to the platform, customer service went silent. Weeks later, I was told my refund would be processed in 3 business days, but after two weeks, nothing had happened. I was then told to expect it in 24 to 72 hours, yet still no refund. I am now very doubtful about receiving my money back.
