I registered on eBay to sell one item — a watch. Within 2 hours, scammers started calling me. It has now been over a week and I receive multiple scam calls every single day. My personal data (phone number and email) was apparently leaked or scraped from eBay almost instantly after registration. I also received unsolicited purchase offers by email after simply browsing similar listings. The watch is still unsold, and I'm left dealing with constant harassment instead. eBay does nothing to protect new sellers from this. I deeply regret sharing my personal information with this platform. Not recommended.
If it were possible to give no stars, I would. I ordered an item, but received the wrong one. Additionally, my honest feedback was removed, compromising transparency and buyer protection. I continue to struggle with the additional fees and urge caution when using the platform.
