If it were possible to give no stars, I would. I ordered an item, but received the wrong one. After returning it, I was informed that I would only receive $1100 back instead of the full $1298, with no explanation. After the return was confirmed, I heard nothing from the customer service team. Three weeks later, I was promised a refund within three business days, but two weeks passed with no update. When I inquired again, I was told to wait 24 to 72 hours, yet still no refund has come. I am beginning to lose hope of ever seeing my money again.
