and when i issue you the full refund , could you please help me revise the feedback to positive , because it is really critical to my job even salary. and i have been trying my best to help you solve this problem. you also know this situation is not my fault and i'm innocent. i just beg your kindly understanding and pardon for our store.

So that is their literal response instead of sorting out my order. I am still waiting.
An absolute disgrace from eBay and utterly unacceptable.
