Absolutely disgraceful. Whatever it is you're looking to buy, find somewhere else to get it from.
Ebay is full of many rotten, cheating (sometimes fraudulent) arrogant lying sellers that ruin your experience and cause stress. Not all sellers, but a lot. And Ebay makes sure that it's mighty difficult (sometimes impossible) to get justice done when you've been stitched up. Virtually impossible to contact Ebay about problems.
And Ebay should (but don't) force sellers to say on the description page of every item they are selling, the details of the delivery. The number of times I've bought things, expecting Royal Mail tracked delivery, it suddenly turns out that the seller is using Evri, which like Ebay, is such a terrible courier service that it is very very rare to get an item delivered at the time that was stated on the Ebay page when you bought the item. And while your money is out of pocket, both Ebay (and Evri, their chosen courier) make sure they're keeping hold of YOUR money for ages before they even begin to all you to contact then to get the refund of YOUR money. Truly terrible business that is never looking after YOU.

Ripped me off with a hardrive that never came. Refused to give me my money back. Photo showed a parcel at my front door, but was never recieved. Likely something to do with parcelforce. However neither the seller nor ebay were very helpful. Will now file a county court claim online against ebay.

I recently had a very bad experience with a seller on eBay - Universal World Products Ltd about a fake counterfeit and adulterated products they sold me on eBay platform, it is a Wisdom Smokers Extra Hard Toothbrush but can you believe eBay came back to me to say they did not find anything wrong with my concerns because the fake item sold on their platform is not in violation of their policy. Can you imagine such crap statement coming from such a big online selling platform? The item that this business sold to me had and has given me health concerns but to them it’s okay. This is just ridiculous how they can give a pass to such sellers and give the sellers a pass review on just delivering the order to the seller and on nothing outside of item been delivered by seller to buyer, in all my life I have never seen anything like this.

Less than useless - removing listings for policy violations, which I then successfully appeal, then relist. The item is then removed again for the same policy violation that I've proven is incorrect - round and round in circles wasting my time and costing me money.

Want to sell items that aren't cheap knock-offs - best off going elsewhere.

feel so sorry for this situation.
and when i issue you the full refund , could you please help me revise the feedback to positive , because it is really critical to my job even salary. and i have been trying my best to help you solve this problem. you also know this situation is not my fault and i'm innocent. i just beg your kindly understanding and pardon for our store.
is that fine?

So that is their literal response instead of sorting out my order. I am still waiting.
An absolute disgrace from eBay and utterly unacceptable.
eBay, you must do better.

There is clearly no system in place to monitor agents as it seems they do as they please. No option to leave feedback for agents in India. Awful scammers they are do not buy from this circus because any problems after they don't care and no buyer protection

I sold a genuine mulberry handbag through ebay. They authenticated it, then when the buyer claimed it wasn't genuine (they clearly didnt know the brand or the style ) ebay made me refund it! They had bloody authenticed it! Such poor service. They are only supposed to uphold a refund if not as described, and because it was authentic it was as described. I have 100% and have been selling 17 years with never a complaint.

I am disabled and always have pick up and bring a label I dont have a printer.ebay steal the postage and create a label and their so called pick up service DOES NOT work.They keep the postage money for a label I cant print and pass the buck to royal mail to refund.because their collection does not work i get told to go on royal mail and pay for it.I have had this 14 times in a row as a seller and ebay steal the postage within 2 seconds and I end up paying royal mail out of my pocket.which they lie and DONT refund making me lose even more moneythen their favourit is to hang up the phone on you...royal mail if you see this END the contract with ebay as its clearly NOT working and they are scamming ebayers and royal mail alike
