You are absolutely ridiculous. I had to pay for a separate label because yours was marked as 1 kg while my parcel was actually 5 kg.
I have contacted customer service six times, and each time I spoke with four or five different agents who did not know how to respond until someone was saying that I would have received this refund soon( was it a lie just to close the chat?). I have also sent emails that never received a reply.
All of this has happened because you promised a refund, yet I have not been reimbursed for the label I paid for, despite being told I would receive it within 24 days.
I will continue to contact you repeatedly until you refund the £8 owed to me.
