The platform feels outdated, reminiscent of the 90s, and their tracking system is inadequate. I paid a significant amount for shipping on a package that took two months to arrive at a pickup point! The platform marked it as 'delivered' as soon as it reached there, even though I haven't received it yet. Another package was marked as delivered in a completely different country. Sellers are often unresponsive, returns are complicated, and misleading tracking information is everywhere. While their support can be decent at times, overall, the experience is frustrating. If you're seeking a reliable shopping experience, this platform isn't the right choice. I'm done wasting my time and money here.
