I was contacted by a representative who asked verification questions, but when I explained my situation, things went south. I was told my activity didn't meet their terms, but they couldn't clarify what I did wrong. I was informed my account would remain restricted and that I couldn't delete it to start fresh. The representative promised to delete the account on their end and call me back, but hours later, I’m still waiting. If I could rate this experience as zero, I would. This has solidified my decision to avoid this platform in the future.
