I've been buying and selling on Ebay for over 20 years , it's changed a lot in that time but for the most part all has been well, However, I can't fathom why a seller can not leave negative feedback for a buyer that has deliberately bid on an item, won said item and then doesn't bother to pay? Ebay should allow the seller to contact their customer service team and get Ebay to at least block the buyers account as ultimately, Ebay claims that once you've bid on an item then you are entering a formal contract with the seller.It all seems a bit upside down as let's face it, as a seller you have to abide by posting the item once it's sold by a certain date, the item has to be appropriately packed etc and you're at the mercy of the buyer and if he/she are unscrupulous then they can do and say what they want.I had this last month where I sent an item perfectly wrapped, the seller claimed it arrived damaged, they get a refund and got to keep the item...unbelievable!!
