I have been selling with them as a Sole Trader for years printing and selling mugs. I don't make much profit myself through ebay compared to other places because the competition is high and from what I do sell I have to cover a monthly fee whether the items sell or not, the 10% commission charge that EBay claims on top of the item and on top of small parcel postage charge makes the items harder to sell. Essentially the e-bay charges add 70% to the item price. Now they introduce managed payments that they are forcing everyone to use so you can no longer store income in Paypal to use for postage you have to open a business bank account and incur more monthly fees so that e-bay can have somewhere to transfer money to and make even more profit from you. I'm not willing to take any more punishment from them for being a part-time seller or pay them any more for getting less than nothing in return. There is nowhere to provide them with this feedback, or provide objections to being forced to do things. it's full of automated communication facilities.
