I am extremely frustrated with this service, as they claimed I would need to pay for an additional 12 months on my IVA, which just concluded last month. There has been no communication or updates regarding the next steps. I'm repeatedly told that my case is with the closure department, but based on other reviews, it seems this department takes much longer than the actual IVA process.
