needed an email sending to a creditor as it hasn't shown up on their system that i started my IVA (as it's not been 3 months) and they was calling me still etc, Ruth Sefali sorted the issue in a matter of minutes. no problem what so ever! thankyou
On this occasion it was a call regarding my final payment and completion of IVA. Unfortunately Ebengate where unable to assist as needed 3 business days for payment to clear. Previously I have found Ebengate to be unhelpful and even vicious in the pressure to increase payments even beyond my financial means but with a stearn hand and strong will from myself they did back down.
It took quite a while to get through on the phone, but once I was connected, the representative I spoke with was highly professional and incredibly helpful. I needed a letter confirming some financial details for my bank, and the advisor quickly prepared the letter and emailed it while we were still on the call. She even waited to ensure I received it before concluding the conversation. Outstanding customer service!
I am extremely frustrated with this service, as they claimed I would need to pay for an additional 12 months on my IVA, which just concluded last month. There has been no communication or updates regarding the next steps. I'm repeatedly told that my case is with the closure department, but based on other reviews, it seems this department takes much longer than the actual IVA process.
