The experience at this location was quite disappointing, marked by poor customer service and staff profiling. A representative switched stations, avoiding any assistance before I even had a chance to speak. Their behavior was unprofessional and rude. After over a decade of being a customer, I noticed that the staff, who were once competent, now seem easily flustered by a few customers in line. Overall, the service is lacking. The job isn’t particularly difficult; if they struggle with basic customer service in a calm retail setting, they may need to rethink their roles.
