Disappointing experience at a local store

The experience at this location was quite disappointing, marked by poor customer service and staff profiling. A representative switched stations, avoiding any assistance before I even had a chance to speak. Their behavior was unprofessional and rude. After over a decade of being a customer, I noticed that the staff, who were once competent, now seem easily flustered by a few customers in line. Overall, the service is lacking. The job isn’t particularly difficult; if they struggle with basic customer service in a calm retail setting, they may need to rethink their roles.

Overall, the service is lacking. Incomplete order fulfillment

I ordered a console and a game, received confirmation that both were shipped, but only the game arrived. I was informed that the support team would respond within 7 to 10 days, but I'm doubtful that the console will ever arrive.

High prices and poor online support

Despite being a long-time supporter, I find it hard to justify using this service over others. Prices are higher than competitors, and while they claim to match prices, it feels unnecessary. If I need to prove a lower price, I might as well shop elsewhere. Additionally, two support tickets regarding a past purchase have gone unanswered. The product was misrepresented, and the store has reduced its gaming selection significantly. Unless you're looking for board games or collectibles, it's probably better to shop at other places.

Reliability and pricing concerns

I used to consider this service reliable, though it has always been on the pricier side. I refuse to pay an annual subscription just to buy products from a retail store. This practice seems questionable, and regardless of any deals, I won’t be making purchases here again.

Extremely poor customer service

The customer service I've encountered is the worst I've ever experienced. I paid for a game to be delivered but received unrelated items instead. When I called the store, I was given the support line number, which I tried multiple times with no success. Additionally, inquiries submitted through their website have gone unanswered.

Mixed feelings about management

While the service was generally good, the manager at the local store can be quite rude to staff. There seems to be a contradiction in expectations regarding staff roles. Aside from that, the customer service was commendable.

Frustrating shopping experience

This has been a frustrating experience. I made a purchase during a sale and was charged for shipping, only to receive a partial refund for everything except a small item. I still ended up paying for shipping with no response to my emails or messages. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Complications with product compatibility
