The customer service at this location was very disappointing, with staff profiling customers and a representative switching stations to avoid helping me, even before I could speak. Their behavior was rude and highly unprofessional. Having been a customer for over a decade, I noticed that the staff, once competent, now seem easily overwhelmed by a small number of customers. Overall, the service is lacking. This role isn't particularly challenging; if they can't manage basic customer service in a relatively quiet retail environment, they might want to consider a different job.
