However i am sure you can understand my frustration when i pay for something new and expect it to be 100% perfect

Zero customer support

Initially great purchase experience and quick delivery with immediate replies however zero customer support when you have issues. Simply ignores emails and online chat messages. So if you have an issue good luck you are on your own.
