I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and was very disappointed when I ordered wigs on Tuesday 23rd Sept for the express delivery that should’ve arrived on Thursday 25th Sept. I paid an extra $15+ for the express service , and now I’m wondering whether the wigs were shipped in time. The ETA is now scheduled for Monday 29th when I will not be in the country to receive the package. I emailed the company and they were very very unhelpful with their response stating that they do not control shipping times. My question is if that is the case then why bother offering an express service when it does not work and does not deliver when it says it should. I have now lost out on my wigs and money for extra shipping services. No follow up response and no regards that I have shopped with them for years - disappointing and very upsetting
