I really liked Ebonyline until they banned me from ordering from them because I made a PayPal dispute. They'd much rather be petty and lose my business as a long time custoner because they're mad I filed a dispute.
I loved the half wig I bought from this seller, but the last purchase I place was incorrect color. I have contacted their customer service several times for a return code. I have received no response whatsoever. It's a hard no for me to continue doing business with them.
Never again! Ordered a wig on Jan 19 and still haven’t received an update or response. Of course I want a refund of course have no replies to that! They are scammers and will keep your money if they can! Beware I’m still waiting for a response or the wig itself!
NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I ORDERED A WIG TWO WEEKS AGO, FOR A FUNERAL I WAS ATTENDING ON YESTERDAY JANUARY 10, 2026. I PAID FOR PRIORITY USPS ONE DAY SHIPPING, SO I'D HAVE IT ON TIME. TODAY IS THE 11TH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED CONFORMATION THAT IT EVEN SHIPPED! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAS HAPPENED. THE FIRST TIME, I PAID FOR PRIORITY THEN TOO MY WIG WAS SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA WHERE IT REMAINED. I WAS REFUNDED TWO MONTHS LATER. THEY NEVER EVEN INFORMED ME NOT EVEN ONCE! I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

I just ordered two wigs from ebony line and was really really disappointed,I can’t wear these wigs the hair are like Halloween wigs hair . I should have known better because I have ordered from them several times before and never was satisfied.I have only wore one wig out of the the bunch I have ordered. This company will never get my order again I’m finish !
