I think Ebookers is great, offers are great and the ease of use is great BUT sometimes when I use the service, I choose my flights, enter name of the passengers, put in my payment information and hit "confirm" and then it comes back to tell me "due to high demand, these flights are no longer available" . OK, I start over and when I start over, I see the same flights that I JUST TRIED to book are STILL an option....I had this happen to me the other day when booking my trip this summer to Canada with my 5 children. 12 times I get all the way through the process, only to hit "Confirm" and I get the message "due to high demand, these flights are no longer available" . So why do you keep showing available when it is not!? That was absolutely AWFUL to go through...took FOREVER and in the end my 13 or 14 time, changing dates etc....I was able to "confirm" and book flights. If I even go back today and check the same dates and times I was originally trying to book, the options are still offered and I KNOW they are not available. So that was REALLY PROBLEMATIC and I almost went to another service...but I like ebookers so I was willing to give you all a chance....if this keeps happening, I will not.
