During process return flight suddenly had 6 hrs stop-over instead of 1hr, AFTER i paid. Also we practically loose a day on our destination for this. Also I dont understand, why we are forced to rent a car, which we will never pick up. Otherwise pricing was good.

Terrible - bought 2 business class return tickets for Egyptair Cairo to Luxor. Eqyptair decided to downgrade my flight and no longer offer the possibility to fly business class to Luxor. I was offered to cancel my flight. Now 8 weeks later, still no refund and ebookers tells me to solve the issue myself with Egyptair. Never again!
I have a ebookers reservation to both flight and hotel. I wanted to add a cabin bag later but it wasn't possible. In ebookers sites I was informed to contact Norwegian. In Norwegian pages and customer service I was informed to contact ebookers. The only possibly was to pay high price at the airport. This is very wrong and misleading. Ebookers, correct this wrong information. Do I get my money back from extra exoence ?
It wasn't an easy-peasy process for me to find a good place to book tickets for a flight. I need a convenient navigation, also I wanted to check someplace where I could fly and so on.Due to this website, I got everything that I wanted. I booked a flight within several seconds, then found required accomodation and even managed to rent a car to travel around the area by it. So, everything was fine for me and I can recommend this website to such nomads like myself. You won't regret using it, I bet.
Be aware! eBookers tells customers to contact for changes, service provider as Hahn Air which is a B2B (business to business) company and does not offer direct services to passengers. This process is clearly explained on their website. As Hahn Air states ”since the online portal / travel agency received the payment for your ticket, they are the only ones able to do the required changes for you”. This is resposibility eBookers is not taking. They do take your money though.
If you buy a Norvegian flight from Ebookers, you cannot buy luggage in advance. Not from Ebookers, not from Norvegian. Norvegian tells you to call Ebookers, Ebookers tells you to call Norvegian. And this was not told in advance. In Norvegian web-pages they tell you can buy luggage in advance.
We booked a hotel in Venice and the owner left us with kids in the middle of the night in the street even though I explained we will arrive later(in the description it says they have reception 24/7 )and we had to knock on the doors and find another hotel. I reported to booking and they haven't done anything about it, actually reading the comments on the internet they seem almost they encourage this kind of behavior.
