I switched from my previous provider to a new service to keep my home phone number from 1980. The installation was completed, but it's been 10 days without any incoming or outgoing calls. I continue to pay for a service that I do not have. As a 75-year-old, I rely on phone service. I've contacted the support team, but they couldn't give me any information on when the issue will be fixed.
