The customer service is the worst, they dont know what they are doing, it`s terrible. They simply dont care about the client, I confirmed for an installation in the morning, no body came by. I called ebox and the only thing they told that they would set a new appointment for an installation in a few days...what...where is the installation dude. Finaly after 1 hour with them on the phone I received a text that the installation dude was on his way...but they settled the installation in pm and they were not able to tell me that information how come..., instead they set a new appointment for another day...how more confused can you be. So the installation dude came by everything is working. But this morning I received an email to confirm a new appointment with an installation dude. I called them to cancel because he already came by, and they told me that he need to come by to validate the internet. Wtf is that customer service and installation process. It`s suppose to be one guy that come by and do all the process and no need for the client to call and check where is the installation dude. Waste of time big time.
