Literally the worst internet company we've dealt with. They were one of the few available options at our service location in Ontario. 1) They ask more than 5mins worth of verification questions to validate you every time you call, which is insane. Even after giving you an impossible to remember customer code.2) They use bell's network but have 0 control over bell technicians, the tech's availability, and their own ability to deliver on their service3) They made me wait almost 2 months to get a bell tech in, pull a fiber line (after a few techs came in and changed their story a few times). After the line was pulled, Bell needed another tech and rescheduled out over a week. EBOX then calls me and tells me mistakenly a week later, that no fiber tech is available in the country to service the location. I am now left in limbo with no one able to service me and will likely be cancelling this service. Absolute dogshit company.COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. If you're in Ontario, don't use these idiots.
