I switched to a new service to keep my home phone number from 1980. The installation was done, but I've now been without incoming or outgoing calls for 10 days. I'm paying for a service I don't have. As a 75-year-old, phone service is critical for me. I've contacted the support team, but they couldn't provide any information on when the issue would be resolved.
