I have had a deeply disappointing experience with the customer service. Whenever I raised a genuine concern, my account manager suggested I take my business elsewhere instead of addressing the issue. This seems to be their standard response to complaints. Efforts to escalate the matter to a manager have been entirely unproductive. It's frustrating and unprofessional to see a company disregard client concerns rather than resolve them. This is not the level of service expected from a financial institution managing business transactions.
