This is the first time I have written a review on Trustpilot. I am the Treasurer of a small trade association and it seems like we are not alone in having our funds blocked and being told our account will be closed - without any adequate explanation and despite having gone through a rigorous KYC process during the summer. This has left us in an extremely difficult situation as Ebury was our sole banker. Despite the best efforts of our account manager (based in Brussels) the rest of bank seems completely unresponsive. A formal complaint raised over a week ago remains unanswered and we have no idea when we will be able to exit our funds. I understand there may be 1,000's of similar payments pending attention and remittance. Based on our experience, I would be extremely careful about doing any business with Ebury.
