Got this bike for my son after lots and lots of researching. Glad we went with this company because so far the communication with them has been great. I tried to get in touch and ask a few questions before purchasing and the response was quick. Communication is important when buying online products. The bike’s quality looks great. It wasn’t hard to assemble. We had no problems with anything being damaged. My son has driven the bike about 5 times this week already to the park, surrounding neighborhoods and bike trails. He mentioned how smooth the bike was when he went over bumps and said he has gone up to 45 miles speed and that the bike is powerful. So far he is very happy with it. I would recommend this purchase.
