Great Tech Support Team

We purchased two bikes this past June and really love their agility and performance. The assembly was not difficult and the instruction videos made it easy for a novice. Also kudos to the technical staff one of the bikes had defective battery and failed after 3 months of use. They had me perform some voltage tests on video and verified the problem. Once confirmed they FedEx me a replacement. I must say thanks for standing behind your product and having a great technical support team.

Ebycco customer support is fantastic!

Ebycco customer service has been awesome. I purchased the EB10, which has been a great ebike! Upon receipt, I noticed a little shipping damage. I contacted Ebycco support, and they got back to me within 24 hours. Vinnice from the customer support team helped me identify what would be the best fix for my bike. They then shipped a replacement part the same day! They forwarded tracking so I knew exactly when it would arrive. A month later, my phone holder cracked. I emailed Ebycco and the same person, Vinnice, helped me. I sent a photo of the crack, and they shipped me a brand new phone holder without hesitation! Again, it shipped the same day and they provided tracking. My Ebycco customer service experience has been fantastic! Vinnice works with immediacy and understands the customer's needs. I wholly recommend this bike company and their team!! My EB10 is a great bike! I will be an Ebycco fan as long as they are around! Thank you Vinnice, and thank you Ebycco!

The bike i got has been great although…

The bike i got has been great although I have ran into a few issues here and there i have had no trouble with warranty claims at all everything and the bike has reliably gotten me to and from work everyday a 22 mile trip 1 way

Great bike Not so great customer service email only and sometimes they never respond. Bike had scratches from shipping was promised touch up paint but never got it. I recommend the bike it’s fantastic.

One year after I bought 2 bycicles

One year after I bought 2 bycicles. I had to replace the minimal original breaks with some quality stuf, the discs included. The battery lost half of the power in one year. The range is now 20 km in conditions nature using.

⚠️ WARNING: EBYCCO Scam, Bait-and-Switch & False AdvertisingOn 07/30/2025, I purchased EBYCCO’s “Refurbished 29” E8” electric bike for $599 (advertised as 50% off $1,199). The real new E8 sells for $800 — the “50% off” claim is pure fiction.After my payment for the refurbished bike was processed, EBYCCO claimed it was suddenly unavailable and pressured me to pay the difference for a new E8 bike. When I offered to switch to a refurbished G7 instead, that option “magically” disappeared too.Weeks later — after 11 emails back and forth (ending 08/12/2025) — they finally admitted in writing that they sent me a refurbished bike, not a new one, yet kept my extra payment. The “new” bike arrived scratched and clearly used, making it obvious what they were doing from the start.EBYCCO refused to refund the difference or provide a proper resolution. This wasn’t an accident — it was a calculated, deceptive sales scheme designed to take more money from customers while delivering less than promised. I’m attaching photo proof of the bike’s condition upon arrival and an email from them asking me to “review my newly purchased refurbished E8.”Attached photos include:Screenshot of EBYCCO’s own email asking me to “review my newly purchased refurbished E8” — undeniable proof of their admission.Close-up of the scratched front suspension lock dial showing wear inconsistent with a new bike.Scratches on the top tube paint near the brand logo visible right out of the box.Chipped paint and scuffing on the crank arm and frame further proving the bike was used.If you value integrity, honesty, and getting the product you actually paid for, search “EBYCCO scam” before you buy — and take your money to a trusted brand like Rad Power Bikes instead. I’ll also be posting a detailed thread on Reddit soon with the entire email exchange and additional evidence, and will update this review with the link once it’s live.In their reply, EBycco has still not once provided clear, indisputable proof that the bike I received was actually brand new. This entire situation could have been resolved in minutes if they had simply presented verifiable evidence to back their claim. Instead, they’ve chosen to argue, make personal accusations, and ignore this fundamental question.Here are the facts, with documentation:Order Confirmation & Delivery Record – I received multiple official emails from EBycco themselves (screenshots available) stating my order was for a “Refurbished 29" E8 750W 48V 17.5Ah Used Electric Bike for Sale” — including the July 29, 2025 delivery confirmation. This directly contradicts their claim that I was sent a brand-new bike.Automated Review Requests – Days after delivery, I was sent two automated review requests from EBycco for the refurbished E8 I ordered, not a “brand new” one. If their internal records truly reflected a brand-new bike, why would their system repeatedly ask me to review a refurbished model?$40 Offer to Remove My Review – On August 12, 2025, I received an email from EBycco stating, “Please delete your review on Trustpilot and we’ll refund you $40.” Offering money in exchange for deleting a negative review is deeply unethical and says a lot about how they handle customer feedback.Review Removal from Their Website – I left a review on their own store website, which was later removed without explanation. This suggests an attempt to suppress negative customer experiences rather than address them.No Verifiable Evidence Provided – In all our communications, EBycco has never sent me a receipt, shipment record, serial verification, or any other form of documentation that would conclusively prove the bike was brand new. I have every right to question the condition of the bike, especially when it arrived with scratches and their own system labeled it as refurbished.I’ve been patient, professional, and more than fair throughout this ordeal. I believe companies—big or small—should be held accountable for how they treat customers. That’s why I’m sharing my full documentation, including screenshots, so others can see exactly what happened rather than letting my experience be buried.

Fun, fast, and comfortable

The bike arrived quicker than expected. It blew my mind as it exceeded my expectations. It's comfortable, powerful, and faster than I thought. You have put a few things together and the tools are provided. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone looking for something to commute to work or just daily riding. The insurance is also worth getting, because they're expedient and friendly.
