Dishonest practices from this company, they tried to avoid accepting my return. I bought a bed and canceled the order right away. They informed me that it was already with their courier, and I could request a 'return to sender' once it arrived. I did that, and a week later, the courier returned it to me. Now, they say I can process a return online but will have to cover shipping costs. Given other reviews about returns being ignored, I won't waste any more money.
