This company offers subpar products. I spent hundreds on some 'outdoor' tiles that deteriorated within months, as they were clearly not meant for outdoor use. The company acknowledged their mistake and accepted a return. However, after receiving the return, they blocked my email and now claim they have no record of it. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!
My father bought some chairs, and when we tried to assemble them, we found that some screw holes were missing. The company initially offered a €15 refund, but when I mentioned that I had to pay €30 for a worker to fix them, they changed their stance and said that's how the chairs were made. We ordered five storage racks, but one set of connection pieces was missing: the S connector C114. I notified them, and they promptly sent a box with the missing pieces, but it only contained three instead of four. I reached out again, but now they are unresponsive. Their voicemail is always the same. I would buy the missing piece elsewhere, but it's only available in a set of four online for over €20 including shipping. Now, I can't install the last storage rack due to this small missing piece.
