We ordered five storage racks, but one set of connection pieces was missing: the S connector C114. I notified them, and they promptly sent a box with the missing pieces, but it only contained three instead of four. I reached out again, but now they are unresponsive. Their voicemail is always the same. I would buy the missing piece elsewhere, but it's only available in a set of four online for over €20 including shipping. Now, I can't install the last storage rack due to this small missing piece.
