Very Very Bad experience with this company! I needed a table because I just moved in ! I called them and ask them about the Womo table mango tree, if they had it in stock and if it wood come quick! They told me yes No problem sending it to Denmark fast ! Soo I ordered the Womo design Table July 29 ! After I waited 10 days , I haven’t heard nothing from the company, I called them up for a few days , they didn’t take the tlf No more ! after I wrote a email! When are you Gonna sent the table I have already waited 0ver 10 days ! The next Day they sent the package and tracking ! Writing me an email saying you’re table it’s sent NORMALLY it should come anytime in this week ! Very weird they write me (NORMALLY )Already there I got a bad feeling! Like they new it wasn’t gonna come ! 2 Days after when it finally reich Denmark! I Got a Email saying the Delivery was Wrong! And its now Again Going back to Germany (Tyskland )Even know they had the right Address! Today Friday the 19 August! I Email them Again Asking why now my Table was Delivered Back return to them , it said on the tracking ! I haven’t heard Nothing About they received my delivery Back ! I only sow it on the tracking! They didn’t wanna Answer the Question ! Why ? my Package was send Back ? When they had the Right Address, and I should receive it in my home Address I payd for That ! Sooo now I’m asking them after waiting 20 days for the table, when are they Gonna sent the Table Again and the right way this time , so I will Receive it ! They must clearly had made a mistake sending it orh it wouldn’t have been sent Back before it even came to Denmark ! they have Already Taken the Money Right Away the 29 July, before they even sent it ! That’s Illegal in Denmark Anyway! Sooo they have the Money I payd for the Table ! The19 they Answer my Email Again where it’s the Table you received back the 12August ? They wrote me Back Exact words! your package was delivered back to us , and there for ! We will Now Cancelled your Order ! And if you Still wish for the Item you need to Order It Again! But now the table costs not 300 Euro but now it coast 400 Euro almost ! Because they raise the price ! And since I haven’t received it,I now need pay more ! Really you cant mean that seriously! That you send my package wrong , after you received it back ! And now you’re saying you don’t wanna sent it Again , and you still have my money for over 25 days after this weekend it’s Friday today and now you want me to reorder it Again for 100 Euros more then before! Why didn’t I receive it ? Why was it sent Back ? Before reaching my Address orh even my Country ? They write me Back Sorry there are Nothing we can do for you , you will get the money Back it take some days to process, they will now cancelled it ! So they now want me to pay 100 Euro more for sending it Again But why ? even though it was there mistake! they told me ! there nothing we can do only cancelled your order ! And you now need pay not 300 Euro but 400 Euro before we sent it Again! And I don’t know if it even will come! because why was it sent Back ? Nothing to do with other then the company fault and they now want the costumer to pay for it ! Really Rude And Really Bad Company That just Go and Cancel your order ,even though they have your Money and my Table I payd for ! they did something wrong with sending it ! 100 procent they did this because they wanted more money for the table now ! and I think seriously it was planned from the beginning! Because the table now cost a lot more ! And they want me to pay that price now! Instead of just sending my Table I ordered and paid for ! I have tried before with some other company’s they sent it wrong, it was actually a German company Canvas they sent it to A package store where you can’t receive it because it was to Big They immediately email me Asking where to sent it and it came to my address ! some days later ! I have bought a lot Online and never thankfully tried soo Bad people that don’t wanna help there costumers but make it worse and make me pay 100 Euro more for the table because they sent it wrong and didn’t Care ! About if I receive it ! That’s really really Bad sooo soon 25 Days they still have my money and they still have my table never caring about sending it , before I pay more ! No Table and still No receive the Money Back hopefully I Do ! Never seen a Company that cancelled your order when they sent it wrong and the table was already packed and paid ! Soo WHY are you cancelling my order ? after keeping my money for soon 25 days and probably more but I hope I get them Back and very soon because this it’s sooo wrong!Not just sent it !The worst Company I ever tried! Why didn’t they just send my table Again ? they wood have Got Good Ratings on trust Pilot ! Soo now I’m Gonna tell my child that really wanted this table it’s not Gonna happened Because the company didn’t care! They still have my Money Not Normal polishi of Company ! And Not kind Costumer Service ! Be Careful!
