I asked for a course by course evaluation and payed 370$ for it because of a lot of required « options », like 65$ delivery for a letter ?? I needed it absolutely for my application and ordered an express delivery because I was on a deadline. They refund me 95$ because they did a « general » report with written my name, my date of birth and 2 lines stating that I don’t have a credit diploma. In France this diploma is valid, I still lost 275$ and couldn’t apply to the school because they needed a course by course evaluation only. How is it even legal to set prices like this ?
