I regret buying one, I have the echelon stride 8 s looks the part but once an issue arrives it seems unresolvable, Ive had the machine for 14 months and it’s now unusable, the crazy thing is this is already a replacement, previous brands I’ve had have lasted years with no issues. the customer service team has also had 7 working days now since first contact and I’m yet to get any hope of this being resolved, disappointing is an understatement.UpdateThey have been in touch and sending out a replacement but the big issue here is your selling equipment to areas you don’t service, I would much rather an engineer visit than go through the hassle of removing the stride 8 s by ourselves and setting up a new one.
