This company is truly the epitome of bad customer service. Bought a bike here that has an internal flaw which you can clearly hear. Upon reaching out to their customer support their advice is to open it up myself because there is nothing visible.Duh...it's inside and it rambles on every turn of the pedal, but I don't think it's my responsibility to start being an engineer here and fix ur faulty bike that somehow passed QC. Please for your own sake, spend a bit more and go with a proper company.
