Awful customer service! On hold twice for 30+ minutes, then disconnected! Finally made a payment arrangement with a representative, then I received an email stating that the arrangement was void? Phone representatives are VERY hard to understand. The interest rate is super high, but I understand that is the cost of doing business. Just want to pay this off and never use Echo Credit again...
