Awful customer service! On hold twice for 30+ minutes, then disconnected! Finally made a payment arrangement with a representative, then I received an email stating that the arrangement was void? Phone representatives are VERY hard to understand. The interest rate is super high, but I understand that is the cost of doing business. Just want to pay this off and never use Echo Credit again...
What made me choose your company was the fact that first you gave me credit when I needed it and I had a talk with one of your staff about the way y'all broke up the payments and was kinda surprised that he couldn't help me because I really need y'all to even out the payments because taking 377 and change is going to put me in worse shape than I please review the payments and even them out to 208 a month instead of the amount y'all are charging now.
